Lunch: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dinner: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-time or full-time (depending on performancy)

Must-Have Qualities
- 1 year experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
- Strong sense of urgency — we don’t wait for guests to wave us over
- Confident handling both table service and phone orders
- Comfortable rushing during peak hours and staying calm under pressure
- Natural team player – always ready to jump in and support others
- Strong work ethic – the day doesn’t end until the job is done
- Efficiency-minded – always looking for ways to do things better (without cutting corners)
- Outgoing and positive personality – our energy sets the tone
- Genuine interest in Japanese culture and service standards
