We’re looking for a motivated sales and finance professional who can close deals, sell vehicles, and maximize profitability through product sales such as warranties and GAP coverage. What You’ll Do:
- Sell vehicles to clients, focusing on both credit-challenged and prime customers.
- Present and sell warranty, GAP, and other protection products to maximize customer value.
- Structure deals to optimize approval rates and profitability.
- Guide customers through the full sales and finance process, from application to delivery.
What You Bring:
- Previous automotive sales, subprime, or finance experience is a strong advantage.
- A proven track record of closing deals and overcoming objections.
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivation and a money-first mindset – commissions, not base salary, excite you.
Compensation:
- Up to 25% commission per deal (vehicles and products) + a flat commission on all deals.
- No cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn.
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
