Pay: Base Project Fee + Aggressive Overage Commission (Uncapped)
We hold the primary service contracts for major garage door brands and generate a steady stream of premium inbound leads. We need independent subcontractors to book, close, and install them.
The Dynamic:
You control your calendar and choose your own hours. However, most leads are emergency service calls (broken springs, stuck doors). You must call the lead immediately and book them same-day before they look elsewhere. Speed equals money.
Uncapped Pay Structure (Price-Floor Model):
Base Rate: Close the job at our contract's minimum price floor, earn a solid flat fee.
Overage Split: Use your sales skills to upgrade the customer to premium parts, heavy-duty springs, or smart openers, and earn a commission on everything sold above the floor.
Subcontractor position: No hourly fluff or fuel stipends. You run your own truck, you maximize your own profit margins.
What You Need:
Proven experience with residential/commercial garage doors or patio systems.
Your own reliable service truck/van and professional tools.
Registered independent business (Sole Proprietor or Inc.) with a GST number and WorkSafeBC coverage.
