Part-Time Real Estate Marketing & Admin Assistant – Brampton, ON
About Us:
We are Well Established real estate team in Brampton specializing in residential and investment properties. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and marketing-savvy part-time assistant (15–20 hrs/week) to help manage leads, social media, and admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online leads (Instagram, email, web forms) and schedule appointments
- Maintain CRM entries and follow up with clients
- Assist with social media: post content, edit Reels, add captions
- Track engagement and support basic marketing campaigns
- Prepare info packets, reminders, and scheduling.
- uploading listing , paperwork and responding To call /emails .
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with social media marketing (Instagram/TikTok/Canva/CapCut)
- CRM experience preferred
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Real estate experience a plus
Hours & Pay:
- Part-time: 15–20 hrs/week, flexible
- $20–$25/hr depending on experience
