We are seeking a skilled Mobile & Laptop Motherboard Repair Technician to join our technical team. Duties
- Diagnose and repair motherboard issues on mobile devices (Android, iOS) and laptops (macOS, Windows) using schematic diagrams and technical manuals.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform component replacements, soldering, and rework on motherboards.
- Troubleshoot software-related problems affecting hardware performance, including operating system issues across multiple platforms.
- Conduct analysis of hardware failures through detailed inspection and testing procedures.
- Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of mobile devices and laptops with precision to avoid damage.
- Maintain detailed repair logs and documentation for each device serviced.
- Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry standards for mobile devices and computer hardware.
Requirements
- Proven experience repairing mobile devices (Android, iOS) and laptops (macOS, Windows).
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components, schematics, and electronics troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with hand tools used in electronics repair such as soldering irons, multimeters, tweezers, and screwdrivers.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting across various operating systems.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware failures efficiently.
- Ability to read technical schematics and circuit diagrams accurately.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in repair documentation.
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus but not required; a customer-focused attitude is beneficial for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
