Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates
- Assist with the assembly and installation of plumbing components in new construction or renovation projects
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and related mechanical components
- Experience with carpentry, HVAC, or construction is a plus for versatile project support
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
