What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be much more than a cashier.
You'll become a trusted advisor for pet owners by:
- Greeting every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Learning about customers and their pets to make personalized recommendations
- Building long-term relationships that keep customers coming back
- Confidently recommending products that improve pet health
- Identifying opportunities to introduce complementary products and increase sales
- Creating an outstanding shopping experience from start to finish
- Processing transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked displays
- Assisting with inventory, merchandising, and receiving shipments
- Continuously expanding your knowledge through ongoing product education
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Naturally friendly and enjoys talking with people
- Confident making recommendations and asking for the sale
- Motivated by goals and personal growth
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passionate about pets (experience is an asset but not required)
Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ability to lift pet food bags and merchandise as required

Store Hours
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
