We are seeking experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven Craft Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant and lounge in the heart of Osborne Village. This is an opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one while working in a stylish, high-energy environment focused on elevated cocktails, exceptional service, and memorable nights out.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, liqueurs, and current beverage trends
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with guests, make recommendations, and customize beverage experiences when appropriate
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency while handling high-volume service periods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide a seamless guest experience
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a cocktail-focused restaurant, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Experience with craft cocktail preparation and presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Smart Choices certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
