G-Force seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the premises. Duties
- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative.
- Assist with any questions from members of the public coming onto the premises and direct them to the appropriate group/individual, as required.
- Enforce property rules and regulations and the Trespass to Property Act to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets.
- Oversee the logging in and out of site equipment.
- Respond to all emergencies (medical, building, etc.)
- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Monitor and control access at defined facility and property entry control points and assigned security posts.
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
- Working in both Indoor and Outdoor Conditions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Good communication skills and the ability to write clear incident reports
- Must be able to work flexible hours on a part-time basis, including evenings or weekends if needed
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends, including both day and night shifts.
- Previous experience working at events or special event security is required.
- Must be reliable and willing to commute to different job locations as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
