Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nurse Injector to join our aesthetic medical team. The ideal candidate will provide expert injection services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, informed, and satisfied with their treatments. The Nurse Injector will also assist with product demonstrations and promote retail sales to enhance client results and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments following established protocols and safety standards
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate procedures
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control procedures before, during, and after treatments
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and product recommendations
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products, body waxing services, makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic offerings
- Conduct product demos to showcase new treatments or skincare lines
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments performed and client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and uphold high standards of care
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently
- Experience in retail sales or upselling skincare or beauty products is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations or guest services is advantageous
- Skills in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hospitality can enhance client interactions
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos and educational sessions
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction through personalized recommendations
