AF Cold storage Calgary is looking for a Raymond Reach/Forklift Operator to join our team in Rocky View, AB.
Job Description:
The machine Operator is responsible for Picking orders, putting product away ensuring accurate and timely inventory control. Loading and unloading of trailers in a timely manner Must be Reliable. Candidates will be working in a -18C warehouse in freezer and 4C on dock. ONLY SERIOUS CANDITDATES PLEASE APPLY
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a Raymond reach to move products and materials around the facility.
- Ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse (pick orders, pull orders, stage orders)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse (remove wood from pallets, dispose of garbage, sweep floors etc).
- Keep the warehouse stocked with inventory (stocking)
- Knowledge of RF Scanners
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Follow instructions as they relate to operating the Raymond reach safely and efficiently in order to ensure we provide quality service to our customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
·Must have 3 to 5 years experience with operating a Raymond reach in a safe manner. .
.License preferred for Raymond reach operator
.Knowledge of WHMIS
·Must have good organizational skills.
·Must have good communication skills.
