Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) possédant une expérience pertinente dans l’un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :
- Distribution de portes et fenêtres
- Quincaillerie architecturale et commerciale
- Matériaux de construction et produits de bâtiment
- Serrures, systèmes de verrouillage et contrôle d’accès
- Vente, service à la clientèle ou soutien aux commandes dans un environnement lié aux portes et fenêtres
Le candidat idéal possède une bonne compréhension des produits de quincaillerie de porte tels que les serrures, pênes dormants, charnières, ferme-portes, dispositifs de sortie et autres composantes utilisées dans l’industrie des portes et fenêtres.
Service à la clientèle : 3 ans d’expérience (requis)
Vente interne, préparation de soumissions ou traitement de commandes : 1 an d’expérience (requis)
Maîtrise des logiciels :
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Expérience avec un système ERP (atout important)
Langues :
- Français parlé et écrit (requis)
- Anglais parlé et écrit (requis)

Door & Window Industry or Architectural Hardware Experience: Minimum 2 years (strongly preferred)
We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Door and window distribution
- Architectural or commercial hardware
- Building materials and construction products
- Locks, door hardware, and access control systems
- Customer service, sales support, quotations, or order processing within the door and window industry
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of door hardware products, including locksets, deadbolts, hinges, door closers, exit devices, and related components used in residential, commercial, or institutional applications.
Customer Service: 3 years of experience (required)
Inside Sales, Quotations, or Order Processing: 1 year of experience (required)
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ERP system experience (strong asset)
Languages:
- French, written and spoken (required)
- English, written and spoken (required)

This position is best suited for candidates with previous experience in the door and window industry, architectural hardware, or a related building products environment. Candidates with direct knowledge of door hardware products will be given priority consideration.
