GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Clerk reports to the Sales Director of Technosub. The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities related to receiving, shipping, and inventory transfers between branches while ensuring the smooth operation of branch activities. They will work closely with technical sales representatives and Inside Sales teams to provide excellent customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare orders for pumps and parts;
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while ensuring inventory accuracy;
- Load, unload, and move pumps, parts, and various materials manually or using handling equipment such as forklifts and dollies;
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate transfers of pumps and parts between branches;
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper identification of storage areas;
- Label and code all pumps and parts within the warehouse;
- Coordinate shipments with transportation companies;
- Support the Inside Sales team by completing work orders, sales orders, shipping documents, invoices, and assisting with quote preparation as needed;
- Occasionally answer customer phone calls and provide basic support;
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
TRAINNG / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Functional knowledge English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
- Forklift certification and previous forklift operating experience are considered assets;
- Functional computers skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $23.95-$30.80 per hour
