Customer Service / Recruiting Representative - Remote (Part-Time Contract)
We are a growing service-based organization seeking a dependable, people-oriented professional to support client intake, service coordination, and recruiting/onboarding in a remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, managing inbound inquiries, conducting online interviews/recruiting, and helping ensure services run smoothly behind the scenes.
This position is fully remote and best suited for a self-motivated individual who can manage their time independently while maintaining strong communication standards.
Schedule
- Preferred core availability: 4:00 PM– 8:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday) - Flexible
- Possible longer/additional hours for the right candidate
- Occasional evening or weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Gather relevant information to understand client needs and service requirements
- Schedule consultations or introductory calls using online scheduling tools
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally and follow up in a timely manner
- Coordinate marketing activities - trade shows, events, and business relationships
- Recrutiment - vetting, online interviewing and onboarding
- Provide excellent customer service through clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Social Media/Marketing would be an asset by not a requirment.
This role does not involve cold calling. All inquiries are inbound.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, intake coordination, or a related role
- Strong recruiting skills are a must
- Independent and self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a remote, independent setting
- Proficient with Google Calendar, email, and basic online tools
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Professional phone presence
- Access to a quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a computer
Compensation & Employment Type
- Part-time, contract role
- $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Fully remote
- Living in or knowing Calgary would be an asset
