Job Summary
This role will focus on optimizing our logistics processes and operations. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and leading efforts to improve overall productivity and service quality. Role
Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping activities.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy and meet customer demand.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff, including providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
Address and resolve operational issues, including equipment maintenance and inventory discrepancies.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, progress towards goals, and operational challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of warehouse processes.
Facilitate communication between warehouse staff and other departments to ensure alignment and effective problem-solving.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align warehouse operations with broader company goals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
Shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm Mon-Friday must be flexible to shift change

Experience:
- Warehouse Supervisor: 4 years (required)
- Forklift: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
