Compensation: 100% commission based - earn upwards of $100,000/yr
NuDwell Team at Valery Realty is looking for motivated junior licensed realtors to join a growing real estate team serving Niagara Region, Simcoe Region, and York Region.
This role is ideal for newer agents who are currently registered with RECO, serious about building their real estate business, and looking for structure, mentorship, accountability, and hands-on opportunities across resale, leasing, investor clients, and pre-construction sales.
This team will also offer opportunities for agents interested in pre-construction, including working at developer sales offices on behalf of builders/developers and participating as part of a co-op pre-construction sales team.
You’ll be a strong fit if you are coachable, responsive, comfortable speaking with clients, organized with follow-up, and ready to build momentum in the field.
Responsibilities
- Respond to buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, and investor inquiries professionally
- Support showings, buyer tours, listing preparation, open houses, and client follow-up
- Support pre-construction sales opportunities, including developer sales office assignments and co-op pre-construction sales team work
- Help manage lead follow-up and client nurture tasks
- Learn and apply strong sales, negotiation, and client-service habits
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up discipline
- Stay current on market activity in your assigned region
- Represent the team professionally in all client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently registered/licensed with RECO as a real estate salesperson or broker
- Must be located in or able to service Niagara Region, Simcoe Region, or York Region
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using email, CRM tools, and basic digital systems
- Willingness to follow structured workflows and accountability systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of real estate experience
- Local knowledge in Niagara, Simcoe, or York Region
- Interest in pre-construction sales, including developer site sales and co-op pre-construction sales team opportunities
- Experience with open houses, leasing, buyer representation, new construction, or investor clients
- Strong social media or community presence
- Prior sales, hospitality, customer service, or business-development experience
Important Licensing Requirement
Applicants must be currently registered with RECO. Registration will be verified through the RECO registrant search. If an applicant does not appear in the RECO search, they will be treated as not currently licensed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
