- Supervise production line workers (sorters, packers, machine operators) during assigned shifts
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control standards
- Assign tasks and shift duties based on production needs
- Train new employees and coach team members on procedures and expectations
- Ensure adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Manage minor conflict resolution and escalate larger concerns to HR
- Support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment
