Brilliance Homes is seeking a reliable, proactive Family Support Nanny to support a busy household while also assisting with cleaning and day-to-day support tasks. This role requires evening and weekend availability and includes maintaining both the family home and a show home to high presentation standards. You will also provide safe, consistent transportation for youth (ages 12–14) to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments, and offer general non-medical support/companionship for a senior family member as needed. A vehicle is provided for work-related driving.
Schedule
- Evenings and weekends required
- Additional weekday hours may be available depending on schedules
- Hours may vary week to week (flexibility is important)
Key Responsibilities
Youth Support (Ages 12–14)
- Provide responsible supervision and support for teenagers
- Help keep routines on track (timing, reminders, preparation for activities)
- Maintain a positive, respectful environment and communicate as needed with parents
Senior Support (Non-Medical)
- Provide companionship and general day-to-day support as needed
- Assist with simple tasks (light meal/snack prep, grocery shopping, reminders, support with routine)
- Communicate any concerns to the family (No medical care required )
Driving & Transportation (Required)
- Drive teens to and from school
- Pick-up/drop-off for extra-curricular activities
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Errand support and pickups/drop-offs as needed (Work vehicle provided during shifts.)
Cleaning & Home/Show Home Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the family home
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the show home
- Tidying, cleaning kitchens/bathrooms/floors/common areas, laundry support, restocking supplies
Errands & Support Tasks
- Grocery shopping and general errands as needed
Requirements
- Experience supporting children/teens (nanny, family assistant, youth programs, etc.)
- Comfortable supporting a senior in a respectful, patient way (non-medical)
- Comfortable with regular cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards
- Valid driver’s license and strong driving history
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and a calm, flexible approach
Nice to Have
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience supporting teens and/or seniors
- Household management or professional cleaning experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
