The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is a collaborative group of trusted advisors that delivers operational insights to our senior leadership teams. In this role, you will join a team of finance professionals who support the SVP – Finance Business Partners and Chief Financial Officer through monthly and ad hoc management reporting requirements. What sets you apart is your tenacity and approachability - you are as comfortable asking for information as you are with building relationships. You also take pride in your work, knowing your deliverables drive positive outcomes.
This role will report to the Controller, Corporate FP&A - Reporting and will work closely with controllers and team members supporting a variety of Business Units.
What you’ll do
Supporting the Controller with monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting and analysis, including consolidation of Segmented and Business unit results
Produce, collaborate on and present deep-dive analyses to drive operational insights and opportunities, with clear ‘so-what’ takeaways for senior leadership
Assist with external reporting requirements, including helping prepare and provide support for external disclosure materials and assisting with Investor Relations queries
Produce ad hoc financial models and competitive comparison analysis
Proactively seek opportunities for deselection, automation and simplification
Build strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels
Qualifications
What you bring
5+ years of progressive work experience in accounting and/or finance-related positions with increasing scope and responsibility
Completion of a professional accounting designation (CPA)
Capable of real-time problem solving with strong time management, prioritization skills, and consistent technical accuracy across multiple deadlines
Proficiency with Google and/or MS Office Suite
Great-to-haves
Advanced Excel and Access to build complex IF type of statements, code macros and VBA
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, BW and FDM
Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
