Overview
We are seeking a couple of skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders at tables, Running food, cleaning as you go, and similar to bartenders be welcoming and contribute to a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Engage with patrons to provide excellent hospitality, taking time to understand their preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math abilities are necessary for accurate transaction processing.
- A background in hospitality or the food industry will be beneficial in providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
