We compete at the premium end of the market. Our communities serve a clientele and generate revenue per room that exceeds industry averages. We are not building scale for its own sake. We are building a portfolio of exceptional residences where each home matters. We currently operate four residences with plans to grow within the next two years, and beyond.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function across our portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns occupancy growth, sales leadership, channel development, marketing strategy, and brand execution. You will be part of the executive leadership team and contribute to overall company strategy.
All Community Relationship Specialists across our residences will report into this role.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain. You will work directly with our General Managers, sales teams, and operations leadership to drive results at the residence level while building the systems, playbooks, and discipline that scale with our growth.
What You'll Own
- Direct leadership of the Community Relationship Specialist team
- Portfolio occupancy growth across all residences
- Weekly sales rhythm, pipeline reviews, and activity accountability
- Channel development including hospital discharge planners, healthcare partners, and competitor retirement home referral networks
- Marketing strategy, budget, digital presence, and brand consistency
- Direct partnership with General Managers on local market positioning
- Creative business development to reach the adult-child decision maker
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally including senior living, hospitality, or premium real estate
- Proven track record of leading multi-site sales teams and driving occupancy or revenue growth
- Experience building sales playbooks, CRM discipline, and management cadence
- Strong coaching skills and willingness to be a player-coach when needed
- Comfort with directness, accountability, and difficult performance conversations
- A builder's mindset, someone who sees gaps as opportunities and is energized by the work of creating structure
- Strong relationships within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality networks in Ontario
