Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Water Treatment Installer / Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration units, and UV sterilizers. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure water treatment systems for residential and commercial clients
- Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and industry standards
- Educate customers on system usage and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Lift and transport equipment as needed
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in water treatment installation or a related field (plumbing) is an asset
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
- Plumbing certification (an asset but not required)
