Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects by performing physical tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Operate basic machinery or tools as required (training provided)
- Assist with site cleanup and waste disposal to uphold cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation is preferred for punctuality and attendance
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
