Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Chiropractor who:
- Takes a patient-first, movement-based approach to care
- Enjoys combining adjustments with soft tissue therapy, mobilization, and rehabilitation
- Has strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Communicates confidently and effectively with patients
- Wants to grow a long-term practice in a supportive, high-demand clinic setting
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, performance, and long-term recovery
- Deliver high-quality hands-on care through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobilization, and exercise rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, osteopathic practitioners, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and other healthcare providers
- Manage patient appointments effectively while delivering an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Strong manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Patient-centered mindset with a commitment to evidence-informed care
- Strong understanding of how multidisciplinary therapies can work together to optimize patient outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and application of exercise rehabilitation strategies
- Experience with Functional Anatomy/Range Systems is considered an asset
- Background in sports rehabilitation or athletic populations is an asset
- Previous multidisciplinary clinic experience is preferred
Scheduling Requirement
Please note: due to high patient demand, candidates must be available to work Saturdays (10:00am–6:00pm) as part of their regular schedule.
