What You Will Be Doing
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism — setting the tone for a premium experience from the very first interaction
- Managing the daily schedule for our dentist, hygienists, and health providers — optimizing flow and minimizing wait times
- Answering calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries about treatments across our full range of services — dental, aesthetic, and health.
- Maintaining patient records with precision using Curve Dental software and AVA EMR.
- Keeping the clinical team informed and the front of house running seamlessly throughout every day
You also bring:
- Some knowledge of dental terminology.
- Exceptional communication skills — warm, clear, and professional in every interaction
- The ability to stay calm, organized, and friendly in a fast-moving clinical environment
- A polished, professional presence that reflects the high-end standard of our clinic
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in a fully digital, paperless environment
