Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Complete the full automotive sales cycle, from greeting walk-ins and responding to internet leads to final delivery.
- Consult & Connect: Build authentic rapport with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the perfect pre-owned vehicle.
- Product Expertise: Conduct enthusiastic vehicle walk-arounds and test drives, highlighting the value and features of various makes and models.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM system to meticulously follow up with prospective buyers, orphan owners, and past clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate & Close: Work closely with our sales and finance management teams to structure winning deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1–2 years of automotive sales experience (pre-owned sales experience is highly preferred).
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to construct professional emails and video responses to leads.
- Closing Mindset: A competitive spirit, high resilience, and the proven ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean abstract, and open flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
