Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness of a commercial facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the high standard of consistent cleaning we provide to our clients. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is useful but not required, as training will be provided. Having prior cleaning experience doesn't effect candidacy. As long as you are dedicated to performing the required duties and you have integrity, work ethic and are motivated we're sure you'll fit in.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, dusting, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
Experience
- Experience not required. Will train.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment
Requirements
- Transportation to reliably drive to job site.
- Upon acceptance, we will require a PCRC (Police Criminal Record Check).
- We reimburse this cost for the ideal candidate.
- WHMIS. We provide training.
- Worker Safety & Awareness. We provide training.
Rate
- $20 / hour
- 3 month probation ($22.50 after probation for ideal candidate)
Days & Hours
- Monday - Friday (3:00pm - 6:30pm) or (5:00pm - 8:30pm)
- 17.5 hours per week

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
