We are looking for a motivated real estate team member to join our growing business, specializing in pre-construction and resale opportunities across the GTA and Durham Region.
This is a great opportunity for an agent who is driven, professional, and comfortable working with buyer leads. We provide marketing support and consistent lead flow to help you focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Work with buyer and investor leads provided by the team
- Assist clients with pre-construction and resale purchases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
- Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and follow-ups
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
- Stay informed on local market trends, upcoming projects, and inventory
- Maintain organized communication and client records
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed real estate agent in Ontario
- Experience in pre-construction and/or resale real estate preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, organized, and self-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
- Social media and marketing knowledge is an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
