Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulator helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation in various structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to read blueprints, ensuring that insulation is applied correctly and effectively.
Note: Only legally allowed to work in Canada will be hire.
Responsibilities
- Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to cut, fit, and secure insulation materials.
- Apply caulking to seal gaps and prevent air leaks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of insulation installation.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to insulation installation.
- Experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
