THE ROLE:
Do you enjoy helping businesses grow through search and paid digital media? Are you comfortable owning SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting?
Web Sharx is a fast-paced digital agency working with both B2B and B2C clients across industries. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead SEO, SEM, and paid social initiatives, including emerging search strategies such as AI-driven search optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), while collaborating closely with designers, developers, and account teams to drive measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute, and optimize SEO, Google Ads, and paid social strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
Optimize content and site structure for emerging AI-powered search experiences, including generative search results and large language model discovery (GEO / AI SEO)
Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) with a focus on lead generation and ROI
Manage Google Business Profiles, local directory citations and external backlink strategies
Experience using tools such as Semrush & Moz to guide strategy and reporting
Create clear dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and presentations to clients
Collaborate with designers, developers, and account services teams to align marketing and website initiatives
Communicate proactively with clients, incorporating feedback and providing regular updates internally and externally
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and paid social marketing
Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads certifications
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Completed a business or technology degree at an educational institution
Experience working with WordPress and content management systems
Experienced with mobile-responsive and cross-browser designs
Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into action
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including client-facing communication
Experience working with B2B or B2C clients is an asset
Interest in digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning
