Job Summary
Agricola Street Brasserie is seeking motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with food service, guest interactions, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment while helping deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and restaurant supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
- Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
