We’re currently seeking a driven and career-focused Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in the insurance or restoration industry who is ready to take the next step in their career. What You’ll Do:
- Manage small to mid-sized projects from start to finish
- Coordinate daily schedules for yourself and crew members
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and within scope
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and quality control
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently

Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
- Profit-sharing opportunities
Experience and Skillset Required:
- 1+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of working in Xactimate (Xactimate mobile experience preferred)
- Ability to use various technological platforms and apps to enhance your efficiency
- Able to create a budget including mark up and margin calculations, profits and automatic calculation of sums, percentages and other basic formulas in a spreadsheet environment (Excel, numbers, etc)
- Experience in Encircle and Docusketch is an asset.
- Comfort with mobile documentation on an iPhone, iPad, laptop
- Track record of being proactive with your learning and growth
- Math skills to calculate budgets, markup, margins.
- Knowledge of basic building science.
- Ability to write a clear emergency, contents and repair estimate using Xactimate
- Awareness of industry guidelines (IICRC standard and Insurance Protocols)
- Awareness of Designated Substances Testing requirements and procedures and remediation protocols
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pivot when your planned day changes from hour to hour
- Ability to coordinate vendors and sub contractors
- Organize and communicate job progress from emergency phase through rebuild
- Clear and professional communication with homeowners, property managers, adjusters and insurance partners, internal teams and sub contractors.
- Strong documentation skills (written)
- Ability to manage multiple files without delays or missed steps
- Maintain clean and audit ready job files
- Ability to prioritize urgent losses and customer needs
- Experience in insurance/restoration is required
- Ability to make on-site decisions including ability to document and communicate properly.
- Delivering a high level of customer service during stressful situations
- Ability to stay composed in difficult and conflicting situations
- Ability to represent the WINMAR brand professionally
- Ability to build trust with adjusters and repeat referral partners
- Strong ethical standards
- Ability to read blueprints
- Understanding supplements and change orders
