We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, loading, and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans (if applicable)
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work
- Assist with installation of cabinets, flooring, tiles, and fixtures
- Apply caulking and perform basic painting tasks
- Support plumbing, electrical, masonry, and other trades as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of construction tasks (flooring, concrete, painting, etc.) is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Responsible, reliable, and motivated to work and earn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Weather: In case of rain, the workday may be rescheduled to Saturday
- Lunch break: 30 minutes (paid), from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
- Type of work: Variety of tasks (general construction work)

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
