We’re looking for instructors who bring elevated energy, technical excellence, and a genuine passion for movement. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and love helping clients transform through intelligent, high-quality Pilates, we want to meet you.
Duties
- Lead group Pilates classes with attention to precision, safety, and proper technique.
- Offer personalized modifications and guidance to support a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
- Cultivate a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment that encourages member growth and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends, movement techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
- Build genuine relationships with members to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Ensure the studio space remains clean, organized, and professional before, during, and after each session.
Requirements – Who We’re Looking For:
- Pilates Certification
- Reformer experience and confidence teaching group classes
- High-energy, high-performance, and committed to high standards
- Precision-focused: form, alignment, and control are non-negotiables
- Passionate about people, community, and elevated coaching
- Previous experience in a boutique Pilates or high-intensity studio is a strong asset
- CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus
Licence/Certification
- Reformer Pilates Certification (required)
