HVAC Installer — East Kootenay | High Point
You already know if you're good. So do we.
We're a premium plumbing, heating, and cooling shop across the East and West Kootenays, and we're hiring one installer who can run both sides of the trade; furnace, AC, and heat pump retrofits in homes, and mechanical rough-ins on new builds.
Here's the deal we offer the right person:
- A real number, said out loud. Top hourly based on experience and skill, plus bonuses. We pay for skill because we have it.
- Year-round work. We don't lay off in winter or shoulder season.
- You do it right. Nobody here tells a good installer to slap it in and move on.
- Stocked truck, modern tools, a real shop behind you and competent crews beside you, not messes to clean up.
- A path lead installer, foreman, or service, on a timeline you can see.
- Home for dinner. Lake in the summer, hill in the winter.
What we need: Red Seal Sheet Metal, Gasfitter (A or B), or HVAC ticket — or strong field experience working toward it. Layout skills, good with a torch and a tape, good with people. Valid BC licence and clean driver's abstract.
