Registered Dental Hygienist – Oakville

Join our team at a long-established and newly refreshed Oakville dental clinic (located on Dorval, right off the highway!). We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our experienced, long-time team.
We are hiring for a full-time position with the following hours:
- Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Key Requirements:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the CDHO.
- Minimum of 3 years of dental hygiene experience.
- Familiarity with ABELDent software is an asset (training can be provided).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal evaluations.
- Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planing.
- Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants.
- Take and interpret dental radiographs (x-rays).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Develop individualized oral health care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver excellent patient care.
