Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative specializing in Childcare Catering to join our team. Duties
- Identify and target potential clients within the childcare industry, including daycare centers, preschools, and childcare organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and expand market presence.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and networking events to establish initial contact with prospective clients.
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead account management efforts by maintaining detailed records of client interactions and ensuring delivery of excellent service.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the B2B environment, preferably in the food service or childcare industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales activities.
- Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
