Position Overview:
We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and detail-oriented Home Support Worker to join our team on a part-time, casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and values flexibility in their work schedule. Hours will grow over time as new clients come on board.
Key Responsibilities:
· Travel to clients’ homes to provide personalized support services
· Perform housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
· Offer friendly companionship and conversation
· Assist with errands and general household organization
· Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
· Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
· Willingness to travel within our service area
· Clean criminal record check (cost will be reimbursed by the company)
· Strong communication, time-management skills and excellent work ethic
· Ability to work independently
· Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable populations
