Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to promote membership enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, experience in outside sales, and a passion for customer service. The Membership Sales Consultant will play a key role in business development and account management, contributing to the growth of our organization through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales efforts to identify and engage potential members through various channels, including B2B sales and community outreach
- Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand membership base
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate membership packages and terms to meet client needs while achieving organizational goals
- Utilize marketing techniques to promote membership benefits and programs effectively
- Leverage technology sales tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new members
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales tools such as Salesforce
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and sales performance data
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in technical or product-specific sales environments is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving growth
Pay: $17.20-$39.55 per hour
