We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is passionate about leading people, achieving goals, following proven systems, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing teams, and helping drive restaurant performance while representing the Score Pizza brand both in-store and online.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example and create a culture of genuine hospitality
- Ensure every guest receives a friendly, engaging, and consistent experience
- Execute the Score Pizza operating system and brand standards with excellence
- Support and coach team members to achieve operational, service, and sales goals
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant organization
- Prepare food and beverages according to Score Pizza recipes and specifications
- Monitor key performance indicators and help drive restaurant success
- Lead local store marketing initiatives and be comfortable appearing in social media content when required
- Assist with creating engaging content for the restaurant's social media channels, including photos, videos, and community engagement

- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
Position Details
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience)
