At Mind 2 Heart, we understand that couples therapy and individual therapy are deeply connected. Relationship patterns don’t exist in isolation — they’re shaped by attachment, trauma, adoption, loss, and lived experience.
We’re looking for an experienced Social Worker or Psychotherapist who feels at home moving between couples therapy and individual work, and who values slowing therapy down to create safety, insight, and meaningful repair.
This role may be a fit if you:

Clinical Focus & Training
We’re especially interested in therapists with experience or training in:
- Trauma therapies, including EMDR, ICBT, and/or Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Adoption-competent and attachment-informed practice
- Couples approaches such as EFT or Gottman, Imago, Terry Real
You may work with:
- Couples navigating conflict, disconnection, betrayal, and life transitions, discernment therapy
- Individuals (16+) processing trauma, attachment injuries, identity, grief, and adoption-related experiences
- A caseload shaped collaboratively to align with your strengths and interests
- Required to work 3 shifts a week which could be an evening, weekend, and/or daytime shift. Usually a consistent combination.
Required Qualifications
- Registered or qualifying RSW or RP
- Minimum 2+ years clinical experience
- Couples therapy training
- Demonstrated trauma-informed practice, and adoption informed would be benefit
- Strong clinical judgment, boundaries, and reflective capacity
