JOB DESCRIPTION
Crystal Dreams is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Laval store team.
The ideal candidate is friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You love working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role is essential to both client satisfaction and the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Operate a POS system (debit and credit transactions)
- Perform basic computer tasks on macOS
- Demonstrate interest and enthusiasm for crystals and wellness products
- Assist clients by answering questions and resolving requests
- Prepare and pack online orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Tag, face, and merchandise products
- Receive and organize incoming shipments
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of cash register (POS) experience
- Comfort using computers and digital tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Word, Excel, macOS, social media)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent learning ability
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and respect for schedules
- Bilingual (French & English) – mandatory
