Hours of Work – able to work flexible schedule at a minimum of 16 hours a week.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers, maintain a clean and organized work space. To lead by example and give direction to other members of the team to ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supervisor will be required to carry out but not limited to the following duties within the restaurant.
- Run shifts to ensure day to day deadlines are met;
- Ensure all staff are following Company Policies & Procedures;
- Delegate tasks to team members;
- Follow-up to ensure team has completed the required tasks for their shift;
- Daily paperwork;
- Finding other staff members to cover shifts in the event of sickness or other absence;
- Receive & check incoming stock;
- Inventory counts as directed;
- Listen and respond to customer complaints (escalating complaint to Manager if necessary);
- Take responsibility for your shift and ensure all shift tasks are completed
- Training new & existing employees;
- All duties as set out in the Clerk Job Description
- Other duties as directed.
