Duties
- Coordinate and schedule freight deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.
- Utilize Transportation Dispatch Systems to track and manage shipments effectively.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems to relay important information.
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry related to shipments and deliveries.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and partners.
- Monitor the status of shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit.
