Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, accurate, and courteous support to brokers and policyholders
- Handle general billing questions
- Check and review policy status
- Update banking information
- Adjust and manage payment schedules
- Process credit card transactions and record them in the policy system
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls efficiently
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the system
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a call center and/or accounts receivable role
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline is an asset
- Fluency in French is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid problem-solving and numerical skills with attention to accuracy
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
The indicated pay range is a good‑faith estimate based on required qualifications, experience, training, and other factors permitted by law.
