Miramichi Kia is now Trevors Kia — same trusted dealership, new ownership, and an exciting new chapter. We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our service team.
As a Service Advisor, you're a key part of how we take care of our guests. You'll work with the people who trust us to maintain and repair their vehicles, making sure every one of them gets an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Helping guests book service appointments at times that work for them
- Keeping guests informed of any maintenance or services that are due
- Following up after each visit to make sure we exceeded their expectations
- Assisting guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs
- Administering warranty claims with the manufacturer
- Pitching in on anything else that elevates the guest experience
Who we're looking for
- A genuine desire to help people — the one trait we just can't teach
- Honesty and integrity of the highest order
- A natural communicator with excellent people skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with computers
- Bilingual (French/English)
To be crystal clear: you do not need any previous automotive experience for this role. If you have some, great — if not, we'll teach you the rest. We're looking for a new member of our team with a heart for service who's honest, hardworking, and a strong communicator. That's all we need.
