Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Woodstock, ON, is looking to fill the position of Supply Chain Analyst. This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:
- Provide open communication with customers and suppliers and maintain positive relationships
- Gathering and analyzing data for inventory management
- Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reporting.
- Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Supporting weekly order management and invoicing to customers
- Act as main point of contact or any quality issues (when required)
- Work with engineers to implement engineering changes.
- Issue monthly purchase orders to key suppliers
- Support management with month end reporting activities
- Support management with annual sales and profit budget creation
- Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) and help Accounting Specialist to resolve any issues
- Liaise with warehouse for handling of products and customer requests
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Business related University degree or College diploma preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in JDE an asset
- Able to handle tight deadlines and daily workload
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work overtime when required; including weekends if necessary
- This position will require occasional travel both domestic and international.
