Job Description
We are currently seeking a licensed 310s technician with a min of 5 years experience to join our team. You will be working alongside our 2 senior technicians, Matt and Tony and our 1st year apprentice, Noah, who will make you feel comfortable in the shop as well as help you out with any problems you may have. You will also be working with our service advisors/manager, John, and Kevin, who has over 30 years experience in the trade and can help guide you through complex jobs, and relay information to customers. The ideal candidate will work in environment were they will be able to use and increase there technical and mechanical skills , also be asked to be a team player who provides exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor. They will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles while ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and to the highest standards. They must be able to work well with others and communicate efficiently. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends!
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair customers vehicles
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
· Perform routine maintenance
· Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff members
· Provide a friendly and attentive attitude, addressing customer concerns and answering any questions in a professional manor
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license
· Valid 310S automotive license or enrolled in apprenticeship program
· Strong technical and mechanical skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Friendly and personably demeanor
