About The Empire
The Empire is a day-trading mentorship founded by a futures trader who's up $9.2M over the last two years. We coach individuals through a structured, rules-based approach to trading futures (YM and NQ). We've trained 100+ students since launching in April 2025.
The Role
We're hiring a remote closer to handle warm inbound applicants. This is not cold calling. Leads come in from Instagram, complete a qualification application, and are auto-logged into our CRM. You review their application, call within 5 minutes for priority leads, and close.
Offers:
- Pillar Group Bootcamp — $3,500
- 1:1 Private Mentorship — $7,000
Your Commission: 10% per close — $350 on Bootcamp, $700 on 1:1. No cap.
You Are a Fit If:
- You have a verifiable track record closing high-ticket offers ($3K+)
- You work off a structured script and belief-building framework
- You call before you text — always
- You log notes in CRM after every call without being asked
- You hold price under pressure and have never dropped it to force a close
You Are Not a Fit If:
- You freelance the script
- You guarantee income or results to prospects
- You go dark on leads without a clear next step logged
