Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
Duties
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document review, markup, and design integration.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety adherence.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage procurement processes.
- Oversee project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues promptly, and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of construction management best practices including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and heavy civil projects is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic environment that values professionalism, innovation, and collaboration.
Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
